Martin Fernando Holguin, Jr is in prison for the murder of Aiden Martin Holguin. He pleaded guilty to child abuse resulting in death in connection with the death of his 3-month-old son. and sentenced to 20 to 32 years in the state of Colorado

The infant suffered a skull fracture and severe head trauma  On October 10, 2014 when police again interviewed Holguin he told them he head-butted Aiden. He said he was frustrated because he couldn’t find a job and was unhappy in his marriage. “Everything was building up on me,” he said. That day, Aiden was crying and it stressed him out. “I just grabbed him and head-butted him,” he said. After the head-butt, Aiden started crying louder, Holguin said, and he tried to apologize to his son. “I’m sorry buddy. I didn’t mean to head butt you,” he said he told Aiden. After the interview, police arrested Holguin. Initially, according to court records, police planned to charge him with first-degree murder as well as child abuse, but he was formally charged only with child abuse, a charge that typically carries a sentence of up to 48 years in prison. Holguin faces a stipulated sentence from 20 to 32 years under the plea agreement.

Jessica, Daniel and Dylan Groves

Status: Convicted, awaiting processing Jessica and Daniel Groves is in prison for the murder of Dylan Groves.
