Randy Tuominen is in prison for the murder of . They were pleaded no contest to a second-degree murder charge related to the death of his four-month-old son last November. and sentenced to 25 to 50 years in the state of Michigan

According to Fox Up Six, (see link)  He previously claimed that he accidentally fell on top of his child, causing the trauma. Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi refuted this claim in her decision.
"The conduct that was needed to produce this kind of injury on this four month old, this concept of accident, things we encounter every day, but the physical abuse that took place here in order to cause this young infant to die was not an accident," Mazzuchi said.

Sandy and Donovan Archuleta

Status: Incarcerated Sandy Archuleta is in prison for the murder of Donovan Archuleta. Jessica, Daniel and Dylan Groves

Status: Convicted, awaiting processing Jessica and Daniel Groves is in prison for the murder of Dylan Groves. Daniel was convicted of murder, abuse of a corpse and other charges but was acquitted of aggravated murder.
