Status:Incarcerated Kristofer Garrett is in prison for the murder of Nicole Duckson, and Kristina Duckson. He was convicted of  Murder x2 and sentenced to Death in the state of Ohio. Krisofer killed the mother of his child and his four year old daughter by stabbing them to death. According to ABC 6, Garrett stabbed Duckson to death outside her home and then chased down his daughter and did the same to her. Status: Convicted, awaiting processing Jessica and Daniel Groves is in prison for the murder of Dylan Groves. Daniel was convicted of murder, abuse of a corpse and other charges but was acquitted of aggravated murder. Jessica was convicted of murder.in the state of Ohio Jessica was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole. Daniel was sentenced to life in prison with parole eligibility in 47 years. Status: Deceased, Suicide Brian Terrell is dead by suicide after the murder of Adam Terrell. He was never tried or convicted as he did not live long enough. He drowned his five year old son in the bath tub. According to the Journal News, A detective testified at Terrell’s preliminary hearing that Terrell said it took about two minutes for his son to quit struggling. Then he walked to the kitchen area, got a beer and smoked a cigarette. He then returned to the bathroom to look at his son, Terrell told detectives. Adam Terrell is buried here.
